Experienced and Qualified Professional Arbitrator

Many potential clients come to us seeking the services of a professional arbitrator. Attorney Brian Pezzillo has extensive experience arbitrating commercial, regulatory, and commercial disputes. He serves on the Eighth Judicial District Court’s arbitration board in Clark County and is available to arbitrate general civil matters for non-clients.

He is a member of the ADR section of the American Bar Association. He is an experienced trial lawyer admitted to practice law in state and federal courts throughout Nevada and New Mexico and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Pezzillo is qualified to arbitrate disputes in forums in Nevada, New Mexico, and beyond.

Mr. Pezzillo conducts 40-50 arbitration proceedings in Nevada each year. He is available to arbitrate a wide variety of civil disputes, including commercial and business disputes, insurance claim disputes, contract disputes, constructions disputes, and others.
