Ms. Maskas grew up in Pittsburgh, PA. She attended The University of Pittsburgh where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Administration of Justice & Social Sciences. She received her Juris Doctor Degree from The University of Tulsa College of Law in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where she earned a certificate in Public Policy & Regulation and participated on the Tulsa Journal of Comparative & International Law as an Articles Editor. Her comment, Trafficking Drugs: Afghanistan's Role in Russia's Current Drug Epidemic, was chosen for publication in 13 TULSA J. COMP. & INT'L L. 141, 2005. Ms. Maskas also completed an internship for the Hon. Samuel A. Joyner, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Oklahoma, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
